Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please note returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Each product in our store—handmade or carefully curated—is selected with intention and crafted to be unique. We kindly ask that you choose thoughtfully.

Timeframe for Returns You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom-made lampshades

  • Any item returned outside the 30-day period

  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Returns To return your product, you should mail your item to our designated return address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:

  • Sending the item back to us

  • Any new shipping fees if an exchange is approved

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
